THE STORY of Joe Shadel General Contracting

            Joe Shadel has been in Home Construction since 1986.

 

 

            Joe Shadel has been in the construction industry since 1986,  30 years. He has completed

numerous kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects as well as additions, decks, basements,

family room- kitchen additions, dining room facelifts, detailed painting projects.  You name it,

he has done it.  He does not take shortcuts.  Just ask his clients.  Joe has vast experience in all

facets of construction. 

 

Joe Shadel is meticulous with following all construction codes and stays current with reviewing code updates.  Joe took

his construction code classes for both 1+2 family residential construction and multi-story commercial construction at CCM with instructor Bill Howard.

 

Joe holds certifications in the 10 hour OSHA Construction Safety, the 10 hour OSHA General Industry, the OSHA 7600 Disaster Site Worker and the OSHA Temporary Worker.

 

Joe also now has his Real Estate License and is listing homes for sale and purchase at Weichert Realtors 73 Washington St. Morristown, NJ. Who knows homes better than a General Contractor. 

 

Joe has a BA  from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. He also studied Architecture in Rome, Italy, while attending Loyola University, Rome Center. 

 

With Joe’s family upbringing - father a retired college professor and still  a professional musician and a mother that was a grammar teacher, along with Joe’s education and travel experience enables Joe to be able to communicate with anyone. He is well spoken and not afraid of any challenge presented to him.
